How do I connect my GetBolla?

Open the app and follow the in-app setup guide. Your GetBolla connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth — no Wi-Fi configuration needed.

My GetBolla won't connect

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and your GetBolla is close to your smartphone. If the problem persists, reach out at chat@getbolla.com.

Where is my fermentation data stored?

Data is securely stored on our servers over an encrypted connection. We don't collect personal information like your name or email. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The app isn't showing live data

Check that your GetBolla is submerged in liquid and within Bluetooth range of your smartphone. The app will reconnect automatically once the signal is available.
